ROPE RITUALS:

Rope Rituals are non-refundable and non-transferrable. One reschedule may be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Timeliness is key for the experience, if more than 15 minutes late to session start time, session will be forfeited. Session will not be extended due to tardiness- clock will still start at scheduled time and session will end at approximated end time.

COACHING:

Investments in coaching are non-refundable and non-transferrable. With 48 hours notice minimum, ONE session reschedule may occur (please reserve for emergencies). However after one reschedule, session is non-refundable if not attended on rescheduled date. Timeliness is key, therefore if client is more than 5 minutes late to session start time for online sessions, session will be forfeited. For in person sessions, if client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be forfeited (cancelled with no refund).

COUPLES SHIBARI TRAINING:

Investments in coaching and training are non-refundable and non-transferrable. One reschedule may be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Timeliness is key for all parties in order to set the container and allow for sufficient time to cover necessary material- therefore if either person is more than 15 minutes late to session start time, session will have to be forfeited (cancelled with no refund). Session will not be extended due to tardiness- clock will still start at scheduled time and session will end at approximated end time.

EVENTS:

Investments in events are non-refundable. For multi-day workshops, ticket transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with a minimum of 14 days advance notice, please note an administration fee may apply.
