(Previously known as SummerAstrea, legally known as Hannah LeBrun) and I’m a Self Regulation and Resilience Coach based in Austin, Texas, though I can work with people worldwide.
I utilize NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Timeline Therapy, Hypnosis, Somatics, and training in Shibari to help people in the areas of healthy relating and overall wellbeing.
Having utilized these tools for my own personal transformation, I am passionate about helping people become their fully expressed and authentic selves. I love helping my clients let go of shame and rise above painful past experiences to tap into their resourcefulness and strength.
